Provide comprehensive and continuous medical care, health maintenance, and preventive services.

Preventive Care:
Offer preventive care services including routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunization, and screening tests.

Make recommendations for nutrition and activity:
Emphasize important effects of exercise on weight, mood, and overall health. Assess daily eating habits and counsel regarding nutrition (sugar and its role in obesity, avoidance of diets high in saturated fat and fast-food diets).

Function as a counsellor and advocate
to effectively improve health of patients, families, and communities.

Diagnosis and Treatment:
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as per the DHA regulations.

Referrals:
When necessary, refer patients to appropriate specialists or healthcare facilities while coordinating care.

Patient and Family Health Education:
Educate patients about disease prevention, health maintenance, and overall wellness. Establish therapeutic relationships with patients/families. Understand the importance of lifestyle measures (physical activity, nutrition, stress, smoking) to prevent and control non-communicable diseases.

Chronic Disease Management:
Provide ongoing management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and asthma, Hypertension, etc.
? Promoting Customer Service Standards
? Embrace the role of a brand ambassador for the facility, embodying a customer-focused philosophy when engaging with all stakeholders.
? Consistently uphold the organization's customer service standards to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Foster positive and effective working relationships within the department/division, as well as with other departments/sections within the hospital, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
Qualification
Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages could be advantageous.
