We are expanding rapidly and building a modern booking platform that makes access to healthcare easier for patients across the UAE.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused General Practitioner to join our home healthcare team. The role involves providing high-quality medical care through home visits, ensuring timely response, professional conduct, and excellent patient follow-up. The GP will be on a 24-hour on-call rotation and must be ready to travel quickly to patient locations as per service commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical consultations and treatment during home visits.

Be available on a

24-hour on-call basis

as per duty schedule.

Respond promptly to patient requirements, ensuring

30-45 minutes reach time

as part of our service commitment.

Perform accurate clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Maintain proper medical documentation in Electronic Medical Software (EMR) and ensure timely patient follow-ups.

Coordinate with nursing staff, labs, and internal teams for continuity of care.

Deliver care with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

Adhere to company protocols, ethical standards, and local healthcare regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBBS or equivalent qualification with valid medical license (DHA / relevant authority).

Strong clinical and technical knowledge

with sound decision-making ability.

Excellent communication skills in

English

Professional, well-groomed, and presentable at all times.

Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent patient needs.

Willingness and readiness to travel immediately for home visits.
