Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly competent medical professional with a strong commitment to patient care. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of primary healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for patients of all ages. Your role will be crucial in building trusting relationships with patients and ensuring the highest standards of medical practice.
Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care consultations, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Patient Management: Conduct physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab results, X-rays), and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Preventive Health: Promote health education and administer vaccinations, screenings, and routine check-ups.
• Referrals: Make appropriate referrals to specialists and other healthcare professionals when necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date electronic medical records for all patient interactions.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to DHA regulations, clinical guidelines, and the clinic's policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices in primary care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Medical Degree: MBBS or equivalent from a recognized medical school.
• License: Valid DHA License / DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a General Practitioner, preferably in a clinical setting in the UAE or GCC.
• Skills:
• Excellent clinical diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine passion for patient care.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
