Job Description
- Respond to patients\' medical/health problems by referring to their history and carrying out diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate
- Discuss side-effects, best conditions for use, and possible interactions of medication
- Contribute to the delivery of patient services with nurses, technicians, and other medical staff
- Collect, record and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports and examination results
- Supervise and train medical students
- Participate in research studies commissioned by the hospital board
- Accommodate rotating shifts and work flexible schedules
- Responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people;
- Manage operations and finances of business;
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained;
- Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skill
- Education: PhD in Medical or related
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related field
- Familiar with MoH & DHA standards
- Doctorate (Preferred)
- General Practitioner: 5 years (Preferred)
