Respond to patients\' medical/health problems by referring to their history and carrying out diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate
Discuss side-effects, best conditions for use, and possible interactions of medication
Contribute to the delivery of patient services with nurses, technicians, and other medical staff
Collect, record and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports and examination results
Supervise and train medical students
Participate in research studies commissioned by the hospital board
Accommodate rotating shifts and work flexible schedules
As part of the overall business plan and strategic direction provided by the board of directors, the General Practitioner will also work closely with the various managers and staff of the hospital and supervisors to monitor and enhance all aspects of the business, including operational, administrative, financial performance, safety, productivity, cost & credit control, quality of service and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the HEALTH CARE Division/Hospital such as;
Responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees
Provide leadership and direction to a team of people;
Manage operations and finances of business;
Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained;
Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
Demonstrated ability to lead
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skill
Qualification:
Education: PhD in Medical or related
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related field
Familiar with MoH & DHA standards
