Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality medical care to patients, ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment, and support the medical center in delivering exceptional healthcare services. The GP should have a strong patient base and the ability to manage a busy OPD.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine, diagnose, and treat general medical conditions across all age groups Manage acute and chronic illnesses Conduct routine checkups and preventive health screenings Provide patient education on treatment plans, lifestyle, and preventive care Maintain strong patient relationships and retention through quality care Update and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with DOH guidelines Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate follow-ups Ensure adherence to infection control and clinical safety standards Participate in case discussions, medical audits, and clinical quality improvement Handle emergency cases and provide initial management when required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent) Valid

DOH licence

(mandatory) Strong patient base and proven ability to build/retain patients Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience (UAE experience preferred) Excellent communication and patient-handling skills Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Skills:

Hindi / Malayalam speaker preferred Experience in family medicine, minor procedures, and chronic disease management Familiarity with EMR systems and DOH documentation standards
