PHS has been awarded with the highest level of accreditation in Long Term and Home Care by CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) International on 2017. Our wide range of services extend beyond basic home nursing to specialized physiotherapy and medical care in all situations providing short-term or long-term care in the home, depending on a person\xe2\x80\x99s needs. We are qualified to source and operate medical equipment approved from referring hospitals and customized for the home setting and deliver safe ad smooth transitions.
Cultivate a safe, secure, and healthy environment for patients, colleagues, and staff, and provide exceptional quality of care and service to patients and their family members. Create and maintain relationships of confidence and trust with new and existing patients. Help answer patients\xe2\x80\x99 questions and address their concerns before, during, and after the examination Maintain accurate and secure electronic medical records for patients Recognize the symptoms and signs of various illnesses and injuries, order appropriate tests, and prescribe treatments
Qualifications
Degree in medicine
Required:
Extensive Experience in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine
