Candidate Requirements 10+ years experience in management, sales, marketing, after sales services and business development. Very Strong experience in Tyres business (Commercially & Technically) in all levels, segments and categories (Truck Tires, Passenger/Light Truck Tires and Earth Movers Tires). Budgeting, forecast and stock management experience. Pricing and product positioning experience. Strong experience in Automotive Business - Tyres & Quick Service (Oil Change, Batteries, Filters, Rims, Air Springs etc) Strong Communication, Presentation, Negotiation and Marketing skills with high level of focus on customer service, business development and principal engagements. Candidate Responsibilities Take ownership of a Multi-branded Tyre and Quick Services Business for Sales & Marketing activities for across Qatar operations, with focus on Revenue generation, Growth and Profitability.? Drive the team to consistently achieve the business and brand specific targets and objectives, while maintaining top line and bottom line growth on a consistent basis. Strategically drive marketing and promotional campaigns for business expansion and penetration of market for growth and leadership. Ensure that each Principal engagement and communications are carried out in an efficient, effective and cordial manner to enhance relationships and drive business support and growth. Regularly engage with Strategic / Key Customers and Major Accounts for business development and growth.
