Sales & Profit Optimization: Provide strategic direction to achieve operational and financial goals
Ensuring the mission, goals, strategies, and plans of the Company are clearly defined and adhered to
To ensure that accurate Budgeting, forecasting, and Revenue Management activities
To set the annual budget and deliver the revenue and GOP targets of the property.
To effectively manage the owner relationship on behalf of the company.
Driving and identifying strategic initiatives in CRM, Hotel Marketing, and other core processes
Driving the development of the brand, hotel offers, and the company value proposition.
Managing the overall hotel portfolio and maintaining good relationships with suppliers
Overseeing the approval of all CAPEX projects
Supporting the Regional Office on strategic business development and related key corporate planning

Hotel Management & Operations: Provide operational excellence and talent management
Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to secure target achievements
Driving and directing the effective utilization and administration of human capital, financial information, and physical resources to meet business goals
Process streamlining and optimization of all aspects of the hotel business

To lead and manage the development of the hotel strategy.
To support and implement all corporate programs and guidelines.
Customer Service and Community Relation
Built and cultivated long-term quality relationships with key individuals or groups in the community to provide total satisfaction as well as to generate sales and new business opportunities
Qualifications
BCom/ Business Related Degree/ Master’s Degree in Business related field will be an added Advantage
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of Senior Management experience in large Gaming and Hospitality international operations in multiple countries, with sales & marketing, P/ L, Human Resources, and financial planning responsibility.
Ability to analyze and synopsize a monthly financial statement and prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts. Proficient in the use of hotel property management system preferred – i.e. WinPM or Opera
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, guests, top management, and client groups.
Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
Strong experience in managing a diverse workforce including both sales and operations.
Good understanding of Gaming
Has direct experience in Media, Online & e-Commerce marketing, Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Proven business and commercial acumen with strong financial management ability
