Job Title: General Manager (Household Plastics)

Age: 40+ years

Experience: 15-20 years\' of experience in Plastic produces, sourcing & selling in GULF and Africa sectors.

Nationality: Open

Office Location: Ajman

Candidate should have expertise in selling of household products (e.g. kitchen, washroom plastics products, Suitcase, coolers and iceboxes etc.)

Good knowledge about vendors and well known importing and export process

Sales experience in GULF and Africa sectors is essential.

Experience in development and implementation of the company strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities,

Accountable for P&L, and subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets and results measurement; allocating resources, reviewing progress; making mid-term corrections

Sound knowledge procurement, production, marketing, field and technical services.

Establishing personal networks; benchmarking state of the art practices; participating in professional societies.

Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives of the company.

Manage and develop relationships with all key or targeted suppliers to ensure constant supply of raw materials for continued production.

Oversee key hiring and talent management programs for the company.

Build critical stakeholder holder engagements aimed at boosting business growth.
