GENERAL MANAGER : High:profile venue Location: Marrakesh, Morocco Salary: A,40,000 : 50,000 basic + benefits Late night venue with restaurant, bar and live entertainment. High:volume and Quality experience French and English fluency We are looking for an experienced general manager to join the team of this International Hospitality Group. This very dynamic and professional group is looking for a really passionate individual that will lead the team to success. As General Manager you will have full accountability over the results (operation, procedures, financial, customer satisfaction, etc), your team and the growth of the business . We are seeking a strong operator with vision and strategic mind that will motivate and develop a passionate team and bring success to the Venue. THE VENUE: * A trendy late:night concept with restaurant and bar, offering high:end yet casual atmosphere * This company is dedicated to quality and high levels of service, you will thrive to be the best * This is a fast:paced venue, you will love the buzz and high volume THE ROLE: * The role would suit a General Manager with a background in trendy / fast:paced / top service / high:end casual atmosphere venue * You must have a proven track record, commercial mind, 360A operational understanding and a strong financial experience * This is a high:volume venue and the General Manager needs to be at the top of their game. * Maintaining high levels of service and leading a large team across the operations * You will have full accountability for your operational and financial results * Late:night venue with live entertainment experience is a great asset THE PERSON: * Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar position and style restaurant * Needs to be polished, enthusiastic and work to high standards * Dynamic and outgoing personality * Work in a professional yet friendly manner * Be a team player and assist where required * Have good communication skills and be able to liaise with the team * Must understand Marrakesh market Interested in this great challenge?
