Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across healthcare and training institute divisions.
Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality of services.
Monitor budgets, resources, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and company standards.
Coordinate with different departments to streamline workflows and resolve challenges.
Prepare performance reports and present business insights to senior management.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2-3 years of proven experience in
healthcare
and
training institute sectors

Strong leadership and team management skills.
