A growing regional player in the express logistics and courier space. Solid infrastructure, established clients, and ambitious expansion goals. What they need now is a builder - someone who knows how to scale, transform and grow, not just maintain.
This isn't about maintaining the network. It's about expanding it. Structurally. Commercially. Operationally.
Your Role
You'll own the P&L across multiple GCC markets and take full responsibility for scaling a courier and express business that already has traction - and now needs velocity.
You'll drive both top & bottom line growth and operational discipline: from unlocking new markets and services to fixing cash cycles, optimizing delivery networks, and improving client experience.
What you'll focus on:

• Lead full-stack express and e-commerce logistics across domestic, cross-border, and last-mile
• Scale operations across multiple GCC markets with speed and structure
• Drive commercial growth - BD, pricing, wallet share, enterprise wins
• Build route density, optimize courier productivity, and reduce COD/RTO noise
• Overhaul tech, data, reporting, and SLA tracking across functions
• Lead multi-site teams across sales, operations, client success, and fulfillment
• Own service levels, profitability, and the market reputation

Must-Have

• 15+ years in courier/express/CEP logistics with strong exposure to GCC
• A mix of commercial and ops leadership - pricing, sales, margin control
• Proven track record of entering new markets and scaling services
• Deep hands-on knowledge of COD, RTO, routing, and productivity levers
• Leadership style that's visible, field-focused, and respected by the front line
• Experience operating in high-growth or founder-led setups is preferred
