Charterhouse is working with a Digital Marketing business who provide interactive technology and digital experience solutions to its customers in the retail, exhibitions and events space. As a result of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced General Manager or Senior Project Manager into their Dubai office, who will lead the technical team in developing and implementing its interactive technology.

About the role
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle from conceptualization to implementations, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest level of quality.

In conjunction, this role will manage the Sales and Operations teams, ensuring Business Development is running efficiently, enabling continued growth and increased market share.

This leadership role will manage budgets and financial resources, set and achieve performance targets and keep track of the businesses P&L. In addition, this client facing role will require the candidate to be confident and assertive when meeting with clients or prospects.

About you
The client will look to recruit a Senior Manager or Project Manager whom is able to demonstrate a sustained track record within a Digital Marketing or Audio-Visual organisation, and has experience of managing technical teams and delivering multiple projects to clients at any one time.

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have a minimum of 8 years IT Delivery / Service experience and must hold a Degree or Honours in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
