Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
Operations & Service Excellence
Oversee end-to-end operations including procurement, installation, maintenance, and after-sales support
Ensure service quality, uptime of equipment, and high customer satisfaction
Implement operational processes and KPIs to maintain service excellence
Client & Partner Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, cafes, restaurants, offices, and corporate clients
Manage strategic supplier relationships with international coffee machine and beverage brands
Act as a key point of contact for major clients and strategic partners
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage sales, technical, and operations teams
Set performance targets and foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture
Key Skills & Expertise
Customized coffee and beverage solution design based on client needs
Strong understanding of coffee machines, specialty coffee, and tea products
B2B sales, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy expertise
Hospitality and corporate facilities market knowledge
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
10+ years of experience in
coffee, beverage, FMCG, or hospitality-related industries
Proven experience in
B2B and HORECA sales and operations
Prior experience in a
senior management or general management role
Strong commercial and operational background
Experience working with international brands and suppliers is a plus
Valid driving license preferred
Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is highly desirable
