Summary



We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven

General Manager - Coffee & Beverage Solutions

to lead and expand our coffee and beverage business across

hospitality, retail, and corporate B2B markets

in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in delivering

end-to-end coffee and beverage solutions

, including coffee machines, specialty coffee, tea, and full beverage setups for offices, hotels, cafes, and large corporate facilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Commercial Leadership



Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow market share in hospitality and corporate B2B segments Drive revenue growth through pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and key account management Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives

Operations & Service Excellence



Oversee end-to-end operations including procurement, installation, maintenance, and after-sales support Ensure service quality, uptime of equipment, and high customer satisfaction Implement operational processes and KPIs to maintain service excellence

Client & Partner Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, cafes, restaurants, offices, and corporate clients Manage strategic supplier relationships with international coffee machine and beverage brands Act as a key point of contact for major clients and strategic partners

Team Leadership



Lead, mentor, and manage sales, technical, and operations teams Set performance targets and foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture

Key Skills & Expertise



Customized coffee and beverage solution design based on client needs Strong understanding of coffee machines, specialty coffee, and tea products B2B sales, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy expertise Hospitality and corporate facilities market knowledge Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Requirements



10+ years of experience in

coffee, beverage, FMCG, or hospitality-related industries

Proven experience in

B2B and HORECA sales and operations

Prior experience in a

senior management or general management role

Strong commercial and operational background Experience working with international brands and suppliers is a plus Valid driving license preferred Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is highly desirable
