This role will oversee all aspects of business operations, including sales, project management, supply chain, technical service, and client relationship management. The position requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives while maintaining compliance with UAE healthcare and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Lead and manage sales, operations, and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government health authorities, hospitals, labs, and private sector clients.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities in healthcare.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Health, DHA/DOH/MOH and international healthcare regulations.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance of the division.
• Implement supply chain and logistics strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and international partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to guide business strategy.
• Ensure quality assurance and after-sales service excellence for all products and solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with procurement, logistics, and regulatory teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery and operations
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and performance.

Qualifications:
Education and Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional certifications in Healthcare Management, Supply Chain, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CIPS, CPIM) are an advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

• In-depth understanding of ecosystem, medical devices, and laboratory solutions market.
• Strong knowledge of understanding of supply chain, logistics, and project management processes.
• Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multi-site healthcare operations.

Experience

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing diagnostic laboratories services in hospital or multi-facility healthcare settings is essential.
• Prior experience in UAE or GCC healthcare systems is highly preferred.
• Experience working in JCI-accredited or internationally recognized healthcare organizations is advantageous.
