Recommend changes in procedures aimed at improving the efficiency of the Shared Services Center;
Supervise your team, attending to performance management, professional development and training;

Maintain permanent contact with the company’s stakeholders to go towards the general objectives of the company.

Experience of at least 4 years in the implementation and execution of a shared services center;
Establish and maintain close working relationships with the Managers of each of the companies, to which it gives support;
Integrity and honorability in business management;
