We're Hiring: General Manager - Lead the Future of Event Tech!

Join a leading event technology company that's transforming live experiences--from immersive activations to interactive installations. We're looking for a General Manager to oversee operations, drive growth, and lead our teams in delivering world-class events.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across departments including projects, client servicing, technical, and creative. Lead and mentor teams to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery of events. Handle budgets, forecasting, and profitability for projects and the business. Drive business development, client relationships, and partnerships. Oversee event planning, logistics, and post-event reporting. Work with tech teams to bring innovative event solutions (AR/VR, NFC, interactive displays, etc.). Track KPIs and improve processes for better performance. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.

Requirements

7+ years of senior-level experience in event management/tech (live events, experiential, or event tech). Strong track record in event activations and client-facing roles. Experience with tech-driven event solutions is an advantage. Proven leadership and ability to manage large projects and teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Business acumen with P&L management experience. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field. Knowledge of event software, hardware, or emerging tech tools. Experience in the UAE/GCC market.
