Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities.
Diagnose and repair issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in proper working condition.
Perform basic groundskeeping tasks such as landscaping and debris cleanup when required.
Support emergency response efforts (e.g., power outages, leaks, equipment failures).
