JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

General Maintenance Technician

to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

AC systems, plumbing, electrical works, and general maintenance tasks

, ensuring all facilities are maintained in safe and working condition.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of

AC systems

(split, package, basic troubleshooting) Carry out

plumbing works,

including pipe repairs, leak fixing, sanitary fittings, and water tank maintenance, blockages and water heaters. Conduct

electrical maintenance,

including lighting, sockets, switches, breakers, and basic wiring Handle

general maintenance tasks

such as painting, gypsum board, false ceiling, interlock, tiling, and minor civil works Diagnose equipment faults and perform timely repairs Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs Ensure work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness of work areas Coordinate with supervisors and report job status and material requirements Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Maintenance Technician Knowledge of AC systems, plumbing, and electrical works Ability to troubleshoot and repair multiple maintenance issues Familiarity with safety procedures and basic technical standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physically fit and able to work in different environments Good communication and time-management skills UAE experience is an advantage
Preferred:

Technical diploma or vocational training Valid UAE driving license (if required) Experience in villas, buildings, or facility management
