Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems, equipment, and facilities.
Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, generators, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
Assist with renovations, refurbishments, or minor construction works as required.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing.
Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.
Coordinate with external contractors or service providers for specialized repairs or projects.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Technical Certification, or equivalent experience in building maintenance.
Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
