Job Summary:

As a General Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our properties. You will work alongside our dedicated team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. In addition, you will assist in setting up and preparing meeting rooms and function spaces for events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms Monitor and restock supplies in restrooms and public areas Assist with the set-up and preparation of meeting rooms and function spaces for events and conferences Help with luggage and guest requests as needed Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests Follow company policies, procedures, and standards at all times Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operation of the property

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
