Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable

General Helper

to support day-to-day operations in our

Abu Dhabi-based industrial facility

. The General Helper will assist production, maintenance, and logistics teams with a variety of manual tasks to ensure smooth plant operations while strictly following

health, safety, and cleanliness standards

.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support

Assist machine operators, welders, electricians, and technicians in daily activities. Carry and move materials, tools, and products between workstations or storage areas. Support loading/unloading of goods, packaging, and basic housekeeping duties.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

Clean work areas, machinery, floors, and tools to maintain a safe, organized environment. Dispose of waste and follow proper segregation procedures as per company EHS policy.

Logistics & Movement

Help organize and arrange raw materials or finished products as instructed. Support inventory and storage functions by moving stock within the facility.

Safety & Compliance

Wear proper

PPE

(safety shoes, gloves, helmet, mask) at all times. Follow instructions related to

workplace safety

,

OSHAD guidelines

, and company policies. Report unsafe conditions, hazards, or damaged tools/equipment immediately.

Requirements:

Education:

Basic education or secondary school certificate (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

1-3 years in a similar general labor/helper role in

manufacturing, warehouse, or construction

. Candidates with experience in

Abu Dhabi industrial zones

are preferred.

Skills:

Physically fit, capable of lifting and standing for extended periods. Basic understanding of workplace safety and manual handling procedures. Ability to follow instructions in

English, Arabic, or Hindi/Urdu

.

Preferred:

Experience working in ICAD/KIZAD or large manufacturing plants. Familiarity with factory work environments, especially in metal, food, packaging, or construction sectors.

Work Conditions:

Shifts:

Rotational shifts or extended hours (based on production needs).

Environment:

Factory, workshop, yard, or warehouse.

Safety Gear:

Mandatory use of PPE as per EHS policies.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
