Job Description

Job Summary:

The General Helper will assist in daily operations within the generator manufacturing facility. This role supports technicians, engineers, and production staff in various tasks related to assembly, material handling, cleaning, and basic maintenance. The General Helper ensures smooth workflow, maintains workplace cleanliness, and follows all safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and preparation of generators, trailers, tanks, and related components. Support technicians in moving, lifting, and positioning parts and materials. Perform basic tasks such as drilling, grinding, cutting, and cleaning components under supervision. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and workstations. Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Assist in packaging, labeling, and dispatching finished products. Follow company safety policies and wear required protective equipment. Perform other general tasks as directed by supervisors or team leaders.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school education or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing or workshop environment is an advantage (not mandatory). Physically fit to lift and move heavy materials. Basic knowledge of hand tools and workshop equipment. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
