Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters, electricians, painters, and other skilled workers during interior fit-out tasks. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the site. Clean and prepare work areas, ensuring safety and tidiness. Help in setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures. Perform basic tasks like sanding, taping, or fixing insulation, as instructed. Mix and apply construction materials (e.g., plaster, adhesives). Dispose of waste materials responsibly and keep the site clean. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor.
Requirements:
Prior experience in construction or fit-out projects is a plus. Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Familiarity with basic construction tools and materials. Team player with a strong work ethic. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor/indoor environment.
Working Conditions:
On-site work at construction or renovation locations. May involve extended hours, weekend shifts, or overtime. Use of safety equipment and tools is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED900.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
