We are looking for hardworking and reliable
General Helpers
to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and able to assist in day-to-day maintenance and operational activities under the supervision of technicians and site supervisors.Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians, cleaners, and other site staff in daily operations.
Carry, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment as required.
Support loading and unloading of materials and basic maintenance work.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness at the worksite.
Follow all company rules, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors efficiently and on time.
Requirements
Prior experience as a helper in facilities, construction, or maintenance (preferred).
Basic communication skills in
English and Hindi
(required).Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks.
Punctual, disciplined, and able to work well within a team.
Immediate joiners
will be given preference.Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
AED 1,000 - 1,200 per month
