Key Responsibilities:Assist with loading and unloading building materials and equipmentPrepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazardsDig trenches, set up scaffolding, and remove debrisSupport carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople as neededOperate basic hand tools and equipment under supervisionMix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete or asphaltFollow safety guidelines and wear protective gearPerform other tasks as directed by supervisors
