Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Helper to join our team at Mister Baker. The Helper will assist in various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the bakery. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in Production:

Assist bakers and chefs with daily production tasks, including preparing ingredients and mixing dough. Help in the preparation and assembly of bakery products, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Inventory Management:

Assist in receiving and stocking inventory of ingredients and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies.

Equipment and Utensil Maintenance:

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces after use. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Customer Service:

Assist in packaging and labeling bakery products for customer orders. Provide support in the retail area as needed, including helping customers and restocking shelves.

Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of products.

Other Duties:

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall operations of the bakery.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or similar environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED900.00 per month
