Job Description
We are looking for hardworking and reliable
General Helpers
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks on-site, including cleaning, moving materials, loading and unloading, and supporting skilled workers as needed.Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks
such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.Maintain a clean and safe worksite
by sweeping, organizing, and assisting with equipment setup or repairs.Load and unload materials
from delivery trucks and distribute them to the correct areas.Assist skilled workers
such as carpenters, masons, and steel fixers with basic tasks.Run errands
including collecting supplies and delivering items around the site.Follow safety rules
and always wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).Operate basic tools and machinery
safely and responsibly.Work as part of a team
and communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.Qualifications:
Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous tasks and heavy lifting. Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Good teamwork and basic communication skills. Willing to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
