Position Overview
A General Helper responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the office, washrooms, and storage areas, and providing basic assistance to painters and carpenters during daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean and sanitize office floors, desks, windows, and common areas. Clean and disinfect washrooms, toilets, sinks, and restocking supplies (tissues, soap, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store/stock room. Remove waste and ensure proper disposal.Support for Painters & Carpenters
Assist with material handling (paint cans, brushes, rollers, wooden boards, tools). Prepare work areas (covering floors, masking, moving furniture). Carry, hold, and organize tools and equipment as instructed. Help with basic tasks such as sanding, cleaning surfaces, and mixing materials (under supervision). Ensure tools are cleaned and returned properly after use.General Duties
Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE as required. Report damaged tools, equipment issues, or maintenance needs. Support team members in any manual tasks required on site.Requirements
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning materials. Ability to lift and move items as needed. Willingness to learn basic painting and carpentry support tasks. Good physical stamina. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
