Job Title: Manufacturing Unit - General Helper (DUCAB)Job Summary: Manufacturing Unit - General Helper at DUCAB assists in the operation, maintenance, and production processes of wire winding machines. This role includes supporting machine operators, preparing materials, ensuring smooth machine functioning, and handling packaging tasks to meet production goals. The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.Key Responsibilities:1.Material Preparation:oLoad wire spools, bobbins, or other materials onto the machine as directed.oPrepare and organize raw materials and components for the winding process.2.Quality Control:oInspect wound coils or products for defects or inconsistencies and report any issues.oEnsure finished products meet DUCAB's quality standards and specifications.3.Packaging and Handling:oRemove finished products from the machine and prepare them for packaging.oPackage wound coils or products securely according to DUCAB's packaging guidelines.oLabel, pack, and store finished products in designated areas.oEnsure packaging materials are used efficiently to minimize waste.4.Maintenance Support:oPerform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks on machinery, such as removing debris or lubricating parts.5.Safety Compliance:oFollow all DUCAB safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.oWear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Skills and Qualifications:oHigh school / diploma or equivalent.oPrevious experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.oBasic understanding of machinery and tools.oAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a team.oPhysical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials for extended periods.oAttention to detail and commitment to quality.oGood communication and problem-solving skills.Work Environment:oThis role operates within DUCAB's manufacturing or production facility.oMay involve exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.oRequires the use of PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection.Physical Requirements:oAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.oAbility to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.oAge - 20-40 YearsShift and Schedule:oMay involve flexible hours, including day, night, or weekend shifts, depending on production needs.Benefits:oMonthly salary, Employment Visa, Insurance, Accommodation and Transport.oHealth and safety training.
