Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned General Foreman with a strong background in construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will lead site operations, coordinate manpower, and ensure timely execution of works with high quality and safety standards. Arabic fluency is essential for effective communication with site teams, subcontractors, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities across civil, MEP, and fit-out scopes Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance on-site Allocate manpower and resources efficiently based on project needs Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols Review drawings and ensure execution aligns with approved plans Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Manager Assist in resolving site conflicts and technical challenges Maintain discipline and productivity among site labor
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and fit-out projects Proven leadership in managing site teams and subcontractors Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) - essential Basic English communication skills preferred Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High school diploma or technical certification in construction (preferred)
