Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced

General Foreman / Site Supervisor

with a strong background in

building construction

. The ideal candidate must have

more than 10 years of hands-on experience

supervising construction sites, managing labor teams, and ensuring work is executed according to plans and safety standards. Fluency in

Arabic and Urdu

is mandatory to effectively communicate with diverse site teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain workflow and productivity. Monitor site progress and report any delays or issues to the construction manager. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project standards and timelines. Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce allocation. Maintain site records, daily logs, and attendance reports. Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering

or a relevant technical field.

Minimum 10 years of experience

in

building construction

supervision.

Fluent in Arabic and Urdu

. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Experience managing large labor teams and coordinating with multiple trades.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in site safety or construction supervision. Experience in high-rise, commercial, or residential building projects. Familiarity with local construction regulations and labor laws.
