job description:

Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction plans to ensure that the fitouts are installed according to the specifications.
Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other workers involved in the fitout installation process.
Scheduling and coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and tools required for the fitout installation.
Ensuring that work is performed safely and in compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety policies.
Monitoring work progress to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Communicating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues that arise.
Conducting regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Maintaining accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labour hours worked.
Identifying and addressing any problems or issues that arise during the fitout installation process.
Participating in meetings with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to discuss project requirements and provide updates on progress.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
