Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
General Foreman (FM Mechanical)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inmechanical systems maintenance and facilities management
, with hands-on experience supervising technicians and ensuring smooth operation of mechanical systems and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance and repair activities on-site. Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensure all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, pumps, chillers, etc.) operate efficiently and safely. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. Maintain records, reports, and ensure compliance with company and safety standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other departments to deliver high-quality FM services.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
5-6 years of experience in Facilities Management (Mechanical).
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs effectively.Job Type: Full-time
