Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full
paid media workflow
, including content planning, media setup, tracking, data management, and reporting.
Collaborate with editors, analysts, and the strategy team as the
main point of contact
for all paid media initiatives.
Approve
final content and campaign launches
to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and goals.
Create and manage
paid media campaigns
across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor
KPIs and performance metrics
, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Prepare and present
summary reports
for management, highlighting results, trends, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in
paid media management
or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of
ad platforms
(Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Experience with
tracking tools
(Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and performance reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
