Sales Coordinator
to join our team and support sales operations while ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and client management.
Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and maintain customer databases.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients.
Support proposal preparation, quotations, and contract documentation.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Monitor sales targets and provide updates to management.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues in a professional manner.
Assist in organizing sales campaigns and events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of sales coordination or sales support experience in Qatar.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.
