Job Title:

General Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary:

The General Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and hospitality sites. This role ensures high standards of deep cleaning, villa maintenance, and specialized cleaning services including grease trap and kitchen hood cleaning in restaurants, while managing cleaning staff, equipment, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily cleaning operations for

residential buildings, commercial properties, villas, and restaurants

Plan and oversee

deep cleaning projects

, including post-construction and periodic intensive cleaning Manage

grease trap and kitchen hood cleaning

services in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Assign tasks, schedules, and duties to cleaning staff Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are met Train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment use Ensure compliance with

health, safety, and environmental regulations

Monitor and control cleaning supplies, tools, and machinery Handle client requests, complaints, and service feedback professionally Maintain records of attendance, work schedules, inspections, and cleaning reports Coordinate with management for manpower planning and special cleaning requirements Ensure proper waste disposal and chemical handling procedures Enforce use of

personal protective equipment (PPE)

at all job sites

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of

deep cleaning methods and industrial cleaning equipment

Experience in

grease trap and kitchen hood cleaning procedures

Good communication and problem-solving abilities Time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and quality control Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Certification or training in cleaning operations or safety is an advantage Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machinery Valid driving license (preferred, depending on job requirement)

Experience:

Minimum

2-5 years experience

in cleaning supervision or facility management Proven experience in

residential, commercial, and restaurant cleaning operations

Hands-on experience in

deep cleaning and kitchen exhaust system cleaning

Working Conditions:

May require working nights, weekends, or holidays Exposure to cleaning chemicals and industrial environments Physical ability to stand, bend, and supervise operations for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
