An international law firm is seeking a 3-6 PQE Banking Associate to join its highly regarded team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on high-profile transactions across corporate lending, real estate finance, and acquisition finance, handling both conventional and Shari'ah-compliant structures.
The Role:
Advising leading financial institutions, corporates, and sponsors on complex financing transactions.Working on a broad range of corporate lending, real estate finance, and acquisition finance matters.Structuring deals under both conventional and Islamic finance frameworks.Collaborating with top-tier lawyers in a dynamic and international environment.
Requirements:
3-6 PQE in general banking & finance from a leading international law firm.Strong experience in corporate lending, real estate finance, and acquisition finance.Excellent academics and a strong technical skillset.A genuine interest in living and working in Dubai.
