Administrative Assistant
to join our team and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with guests through online platforms, phone, and email to provide exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with the operations team to organize cleaning schedules and property readiness.
Prepare and maintain
monthly financial statements and operational reports
.
Communicate with
booking portals (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com)
regarding reservations, listings, and guest concerns.
Provide general
administrative support
, including maintaining files, correspondence, and reports.
Handle
incoming and outgoing communications
efficiently and professionally.
Assist management with day-to-day office and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in administrative or operational support roles.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.

and accuracy in all tasks.
