Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses
Handle all accounts payable and receivable daily to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate
Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost
Preparing Daily cash flow and Bank reconciliation
Manage all incoming / payments with proper documentation and control
Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for collections and ensure bills are paid on time.
Close the books on monthly basis
Preparing and filing VAT
Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with other accounting duties as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor / master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in commerce/ finance
4-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in property management / real estate company in UAE mandatory.
UAE driving license preferred.
Good ERP skills required.
