We are looking for a general accountant with experience in UAE real estate industry, not less than 2 years, to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements
Analyze and reconcile bank statements and maintain a general ledger
Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
Maintain and record fixed assets
Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
Act as a liaison for subcontractors and materials to reconcile any billing discrepancies
Preparing month-end close procedures
Analyze financial reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
2-5 years of experience in the real estate industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
