Gen AI Architect:


Have hands on experience of delivering the scope outlined in a bank

Have previous experience of Leading the AI and Generative AI Practice/ AI Center of Excellence

Is up to date with industry trends in banking related to data/analytics fields, functioning as an analytics expert in internal and external meetings.

Is a thought leader on AI at the enterprise level, providing strategic insights and guidance.

Demonstrate strong storytelling and product branding skills, which are as crucial for acceptance of outcomes of this engagement

Have proven experience in Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business areas, IT, Risk Mgmt, and other functions to design, build, and implement expected outcomes

Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders.

Have experience in managing change which is crucial for adoption of AI policies and practices across bank

Have to be updated on relevant legislation and regulations of Oman affecting AI in underwriting. Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements during the design and implementation of AI Policies / Processes / Standards

Have good understanding of existing and evolving Technology Stack required for AI COE functioning and associated build vs buy decisions

Qualifications: -

Graduate-level degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, engineering, or machine learning.

10+ years of experience with machine learning using large and complex datasets.

Expertise in modeling techniques (e.g., linear regression, GLM, survival analysis, time series, deep learning), machine learning techniques (e.g., neural networks, deep learning), NLP, and generative AI.

Extensive NLP experience, including large language models and transformers.

2+ years of experience with generative AI solutions, including development, deployment, training, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
