Gemstones Photographer

to help us capture the beauty, brilliance, and precision of our gemstones for e-commerce, catalog, and marketing use.

We are looking for a professional photographer with experience in product photography--specifically gemstones and jewelry. The ideal candidate should be able to capture high-resolution, color-accurate images that highlight clarity, cut, and brilliance. Knowledge of lighting, macro photography, and post-production editing is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Photograph gemstones in various lighting conditions and angles to capture their true colors and sparkle. Set up lighting, props, and backgrounds to enhance visual appeal. Edit and retouch photos for use on e-commerce platforms, social media, catalogs, and marketing materials. Maintain a consistent photography style and quality across all products. Organize and manage digital photo assets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams for special shoots or campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in gemstone, jewelry, or product photography. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (or similar editing software). Strong understanding of lighting techniques, color correction, and macro photography. Attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Portfolio showcasing relevant gemstone or jewelry photography work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with high-end gemstone or jewelry brands. Knowledge of videography for short product videos (optional but a plus).
