We provide media buying services for: Enterprise Level, Facebook Authentic Profile Lease, Facebook Page scoring, and Google Enterprise Level Accounts With current client growth, we require an experienced entrepreneur, with experience either leading an e-commerce or internet-based startup or as a General Managerin a high growth scaleup, to join our team to lead and oversee our company’s ongoing operations and improve our procedures. This is a long-term role andwill be based preferably with the Dubai HQ team. This is the key role in this business unit, and you will be reporting directly to the GCG CEO. This person will have excellent leadership skills, solid business analysis, and planning abilities, and an exemplary work ethic. This individual will have initiated and built a successful startup company in a similar space (e-commerce, internet, media buying) and from experience knows how to run the process from A to Z. This consulting role requires a go-getter, with at least a solid four to five years in a similar entrepreneur and manager role and is looking to hop on to and contribute to a fast-growing company. Remote - EU time zone; partial time or full time based in Dubai, relocation possible to top candidate.
A base monthly pay of 3000 USD to 5000 USD (DOE - depending on experience), plus 10% equity - 1 year, with a 3-year vesting
Bonus structure for new business, revenue growth, and profitability

Your Professional Experience:
Four to five (4 to 5) years as a startup entrepreneur and/or as a General Manager of a high-growth venture, with preference for the European market
Experience (both successes and failures) as an owner/entrepreneur in startup ventures: internet, e-commerce affiliate, online stores/drop shipment, or media buying company
Outstanding leadership skills, a real entrepreneurial spirit, highly driven with great networker skills
Past role included design and implementation of best practices in business operations
Bilingual - French - English (spoken and written)
Experience in leading operations in marketing, sales, financial growth, and people management
Proven experience in analytical skills, along with the ability to set up efficient business processes and manage P & L
Experience in growing a company from startup to scale-up phase
Demonstrated people leadership experience in managing, mentoring, coaching, and providing feedback to partners, C-level executives, board members, BU heads, and other team members
Experience working with external parties such as company clients, prospective clients, public relations contacts, relevant trade & regulatory bodies, etc.
Track record of building and growing media consulting practice, with a high-level understanding of tactics needed for business development processes.
Established relationships with industry thought leaders and key decision-makers in the internet/ e-commerce space
Expertise in managing complex projects, SaaS implementation as a key advisor and partner to clients
A Plus - knowledge of media measurement methodologies
Experience managing a budget, driving growth, and taking ownership of decisions
Expertise in using analytic tools and software such as Hubspot, Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Calendly, etc
How You Will Work, What You to Do:
Set the overall culture, tone, and style of the company providing inspiring and stimulating leadership to allow the work and commercial creativity to flourish
Oversee day-to-day operations, client management & client-facing services and supervision of the teams of the GCG Media Company
Principal interface with GCG core team and other business units & companies in the GCG ecosystem
Establish best practices, policies & procedures that promote the company vision and culture
Manage and oversee daily operations and financial profitability of the company
Build collaborative relationships with the Finance and People teams to leverage their support services to attract and retain the best consultants
Set and oversee the work plans of BU team leaders so that their time is effectively spent on revenue-generating activities
Financially adept, and able to keep control of agency expenditure and build a sound financial base for future activity
Solving problems and making effective and timely decisions based on the knowledge available.
Presenting, analyzing, and selling our clients’ work, explaining what makes great work and how it meets the brand’s needs.
Set budget priorities so that available funds are used as effectively as possible. This may require redistributing funds across the company.
Manage forecasting of revenue and growth opportunities, negotiation of contracts, legal documents, and oversight of billing
Negotiate contracts with consultants and vendors by
Clearly defining goods and services
Basing payment on market rates
Lead consultants to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate the consultants’ performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Setup and oversee activities in sales, client account management, sales, customer service and the long term business strategy
Identify efficiency improvements and introduce appropriate systems, processes and controls
