Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Specialist Gastroenterologist to join its HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. The role focuses on diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions while ensuring patient-centered care. Core Duties

• Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal disorders including GERD, IBS, IBD, liver disease, and colorectal conditions
• Prescribe and oversee medications and therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
• Perform and interpret endoscopic procedures including gastroscopy and colonoscopy
• Conduct detailed consultations, explain diagnoses and treatment options, and advise on diet, lifestyle, and preventive measures
• Monitor patient progress with follow-up assessments and adapt treatment plans accordingly
• Support patients with complex or chronic digestive conditions and their families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated chronic disease management
• Contribute to research, clinical audits, and continuous education to enhance gastroenterology practices

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as Specialist Gastroenterologist
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• Minimum 5 years of specialist-level experience
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Strong record in managing GI conditions and performing diagnostic procedures
• Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and patient communication skills
