DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Garment Production Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

• Assist in monitoring the garment production process
• Screen, recruit and train new factory workers if necessary
• Implement budgets and dispatch finished goods to plan
• Make sure the product is meeting the level of quality demanded by the customers
• Manage and motivate workers to achieve the factory daily targets
• Organize production meetings, production activities, worker schedules, machine maintenance schedules and maintain budgets as well as product quality
• Make sure safety standards are being maintained within the factory and that workers are abiding by workplace safety rules
• Oversee workers\' production and efficiency of the machines to make sure the factory is running smoothly, quickly and efficiently
• Evaluate production data to identify and resolve any production issues
• Prepare production reports and submit them to key decision-makers
• Make sure factory machinery is in good working order
• Make sure all outgoing products pass company standards and that the products meet customer satisfaction by maintaining quality at a reasonable cost
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management or related course
• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a garment manufacturing company
• Must have god knowledge in apparel merchandising
• Good knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment required
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to multitask
• Good time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Must be a god communicator
