We are looking for a skilled and experienced Expert Gardener to maintain and enhance the landscapes of private estates, commercial properties, or resorts in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques suitable for the UAE climate.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, plant, and maintain gardens, lawns, and green spaces.

- Prune, trim, and fertilize plants, trees, and shrubs for optimal growth.

- Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure water efficiency.

- Diagnose and treat plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.

- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers).

- Design and implement seasonal landscaping projects.

- Supervise junior gardeners (if applicable) and coordinate with landscaping teams.

- Ensure all green areas are clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional gardener or landscaper.

- Strong knowledge of local and tropical plants, soil types, and UAE climate conditions.

- Experience with irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler) and water conservation methods.

- Ability to use gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

- Basic understanding of pest control and fertilization techniques.

- Preference for candidates with certifications in horticulture or landscaping.
