Garden Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Supervisor with proven UAE experience to oversee and manage daily landscape and garden maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, ensuring high-quality maintenance standards, coordinating resources, and maintaining healthy landscapes in line with client expectations and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily garden and landscape maintenance works across assigned sites Plan and schedule routine maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control Monitor irrigation systems, identify issues, and coordinate repairs or adjustments Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and seasonal plants Lead, train, and manage garden workers to ensure productivity and quality output Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental standards Inspect sites regularly and maintain high-quality landscaping standards Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and management regarding work progress and requirements Maintain records of attendance, materials, tools, and maintenance schedules Report site issues, plant health problems, and material requirements to management Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of tools and equipment

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Garden Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in the UAE Strong knowledge of

UAE plants, trees, turf varieties, and maintenance practices

Experience with

irrigation systems

, including drip and sprinkler systems Ability to read and understand landscape drawings and maintenance schedules Good leadership, team management, and communication skills Basic knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and pest control methods (as per UAE regulations) Familiar with UAE municipality guidelines and safety regulations Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites

Education & Skills:

Diploma or certification in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Landscaping (preferred) Valid UAE driving license (preferred) Basic computer skills (reports, emails, maintenance logs) Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
