Preparing cold dishes, such as salads, p\xc3\xa2t\xc3\xa9s, and appetizers.
Ensuring attractive and appetizing presentation of cold dishes.
Managing the cold kitchen section and team.
Collaborating with the Executive Chef to create new recipes and innovative menu items.
Overseeing and mentoring the Garde Manger kitchen staff.
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitoring food costs and assisting with inventory management.
Coordinating with other chefs for a smooth kitchen operation.
Fostering a positive and creative kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Garde Manger Chef, ideally in a hotel or fine dining setting.
Proficiency in cold food preparation and presentation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A creative and innovative approach to culinary arts.

A commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
