Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, promoting our range of services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services/products.
Generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, or social media platforms.
Maintain a database of customers and follow up for repeat business.
Prepare accurate quotations and invoices.
Collaborate with the service and technical team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or garage services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of automotive services, parts, and vehicle terminology.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with POS or invoicing software is a plus.
UAE driving license is an advantage
